Our direct-flow offset smokers are built for true wood-fired cooking, delivering clean smoke, consistent heat, and reliable performance cook after cook. The firebox feeds heat and smoke directly into the cooking chamber, allowing it to flow naturally across the pit and exit through a properly sized stack for steady, responsive temperature control. Built from heavy-duty steel, these smokers offer excellent heat retention, durability, and long-term stability in real outdoor conditions. The direct-flow design produces a traditional barbecue profile with even heat distribution and straightforward fire management. Our first production run is coming soon, with a limited number available for pre-order.
